Meghan Geoffrion, CEM® brings over 20 years in public safety and emergency management, spanning local government, state agencies, and private consulting, with expertise across the full emergency management lifecycle of mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery. Ms. Geoffrion has significant experience in sports, live entertainment, and special event emergency planning, conducting emergency plan assessments for dynamic public assembly facilities, reinforcing collaboration between stakeholders to deliver safe and resilient fan experiences. She has extensive experience in Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments and Capability Assessments helping venues and governments to identify planning gaps, inform emergency operations and hazard mitigation plan development, and support real-world incident and special event response including After Action Reviews and Continuous Improvement Planning. Ms. Geoffrion has specialized expertise in training, exercise design and delivery, grant management, and disaster recovery funding mechanisms.

Ms. Geoffrion holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Westfield State College and a Master’s of Science in Emergency Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. She is a Certified Emergency Management (CEM®) through the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM), and currently serves as the IAEM Region 1, New Hampshire State Representative.
