My name is Taylor Brightwell, and I serve as an Event Security Manager at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington, where I help lead event security operations for large-scale, high-profile live events. I am a graduate of the IAVM Academy for Venue Safety & Security, have completed Year One of IAVM’s Venue Management School, and am currently pursuing my Certified Venue Executive (CVE) designation. I was honored to be recognized in the IAVM Young Professionals Spotlight for my contributions to venue management and event security. I am passionate about fostering safe and secure venues through education, developing knowledgeable and empowered teams, and advancing opportunities for women in security leadership.

Outside of my professional career, I am a proud mother of five incredible children and the spouse of a retired Army combat veteran. As a Pacific Northwest native, I enjoy cheering on the Oregon Ducks and spending my free time exploring the outdoors through hiking.
